Fun Things To Do!

Sakuma Market Stand is a destination, even though we know you also come here to stock up on our delicious fresh berries, fruit, and Our Own Grown, handpicked vegetables. We've intentionally designed to stand to provide fun and enjoyment for the whole family. Be sure you bring your cameras!

Kids and adults alike love our barrel train, twisting in and out among the berry plants and just giving them a hands-free opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the Skagit Valley. Smaller children will also enjoy our mini-tractors we have just for them, along with an airplane or two, and other small rides. They'll also find lots of things to climb and explore, like grandpa's tractor, and the open fields.

Most families also plan to come out and enjoy time right out in the middle of our 1500 acres of berries—where you can Pick Your Own from May through October. We also have lots of special activities on our Upcoming Events calendar, so be sure to check back every week or two to see what's new!

While you are, at least two other things are an absolute must!

First, you must plan to visit the Ice Cream House and try one of our award-winning berry sundaes and milkshakes, made with creamy french vanilla ice cream, and our own hand-picked, farm fresh berries.

Second, we've added a new Bakery, specializing in the best shortcake you have ever tasted-we make them from scratch! You can take them home, or have a delicious berry shortcake right here, and enjoy our beautiful courtyard and picnic area. We also encourage you to try our Pocket Berry Pies, and delicious family size fruit pies fresh from the oven!
